• Payments are made monthly or annually in advance.
• You may cancel anytime; no refunds for partial periods unless required by law.

6. Limitation of Liability

Zentinel provides alerts based on data you input. We are not responsible for missed renewals or obligations due to incorrect, incomplete, or outdated data you provided. Zentinel's liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the past month.

7. Termination

Zentinel reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time.

8. Changes

We may modify these Terms occasionally. Continued use means you accept the new terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.
